Established in 2016, Essex Housing is Essex County Council’s wholly owned housing development company. The development team works with Essex County Council and other public sector partners across Essex to bring forward regeneration schemes that utilise publicly-owned land and provide new homes and community buildings, affordable and specialist housing whilst bolstering vital public services and improving municipal spaces.

 

No two sites are the same, but Essex Housing always set out to deliver well-designed homes and neighbourhoods and reinvest any surpluses into public services through Essex County Council.
