INTRODUCING LEXDEN GARDENS

The redeveloped former Essex County Hospital site will be known as ‘Lexden Gardens’ to reflect its prominence as a green and landscaped gateway to the Lexden area of Colchester. This will mark a new exciting chapter in the history of the site.

Overall, there will be 120 homes available to buy in Lexden Gardens . This includes a range of high-quality one to three-bedroom apartments in new build and  converted historic buildings and new build three and four-bedroom townhouses. All homes will benefit from high standards of design quality and fittings.

Residents at Lexden Gardens will also be able to enjoy access to a variety of outdoor spaces, including balconies, patios, roof terraces, and landscaped courtyards and a central green garden facing Lexden Road.

Phase one properties of one to three bed apartments will be available in early 2026.
